RINCHEN DRANGJOR RILNAG CHENMO
(The Great Precious Cold Compound Black Pills)
In general, this precious pill is recommended for all chronic diseases, including chronic fever, contagious fever, gastro-intestinal cramps, allergies, arthritis, blood diseases, and nerve problems. In addition it is proven effective for Bad-kan sMugpo, a chronic and complicate hepatic gastro-intestinal disease, characterised by a simultaneous involvement of rLung, mKhris-pa & Bad-kan. In particular, it is prescribed against all types of food, metal and chemical poisoning, as well as illness caused by environmental pollution. It also helps to provide strength for the major organ systems and bone structures. A healthy person can take this pill as a general tonic.
This pill contains more than one hundred ingredients including gold, silver, copper, iron, sapphire emerald, turquoise and ruby in their detoxified form. A large number of herbal ingredients such as sativus L, Silicious concretion of bamboo, Myristica fragrans Houtt, Phytolacca esculenta Van Houtt, Seneciodianthus Franch, Delphinium brunonianum Royle, Oxtropis sp., Frittelaria delavayi Franch, Berberis aristata D.C., Myricaia bracteata Royle and Terminalia chebula retz, are also used in the pill.
INSTRUCTIONS/CAUTIONS
Do not expose the pill to direct light. It should be prepared and taken only in dim light. The pill is wrapped in cloth. The medicine must be soaked in boiled hot water overnight. Thus, in the evening, gently crush the pill before removing the cloth. Then remove the cloth and put the powdered medicine in a cup of boiled hot water. Cover the cup with a clean cloth and allow it to stand overnight.
Early the next morning, while reciting the mantra of medicinal Buddha:
TADYATHA AUM BHAISHJYA BHAISHJYA MAHA
BHAISHJYA RAJA SAMUD GA-TE SVAHA,
stir the mixture and drink it. Depending upon the climatic conditions, if the mixture become too cold, one can add water. This should then be followed by a cup of hot water and go to bed with warm clothes.
For a period of atleast two days after taking the medicine one should avoid eating meat, eggs, raw vegetables and fruit, raw grain, garlic, fried, pungent, and sour foods. Also one should not drink alcohol. Refrain too from strenuous exercise, sleeping during the day, sexual intercourse and cold baths. No other medication should be taken on the same day.
Note that except in case of emergencies, this precious pill is to be taken on an auspicious occasions such as full and new moon days.

RINCHEN RATNA SAMPHEL
(Precious Wish Fulfilling Jewel)
This pill is an antidote. It acts against the effects of all kinds of poisoning including that of food, plants, insects, animals and chemicals. It is also useful in relieving the harmful effects from over exposure to sunlight. It is beneficial in treating hemiplegia, paralysis, rigidity and contraction of limbs, and lame and dislocated joints. It also helps with all types of nerve disorders with symptoms such as trembling and numbness in the body, persistent urination, difficulty in opening and closing the eyelids, and neuralgic pain. The pill can also be used for conditions of sensory impairment such as deafness, the loss of smell, bodily pressure, heart ailments, blood clots, ulcers and primary cancer cases. A healthy person can take this pill as a general tonic.
This Precious Pill contains sixteen different valuable metals and minerals. Besides these, there are another seventy ingredients including purified gold, silver, copper, iron; gems such as coral, turquoise, pearls, Lapis lazuli and the rare indigenous gem of Tibet-the Zhi. Cloves, Bamboo mannu, Nutmeg and Terminalia chebula Retz, Terminalia belerica Roxb and Emblica officinalis Linn (Fruits) are also used.

(The Great Precious Accumulation Pill)
This pill is made from about fifty ingredients. These include metals such as gold, silver, iron and gems such as coral and turquoise, which are purified of their toxic contents. A large number of herbal ingredients such as Saussurea lappa(clarke), Strychonos nux-vomica(Linn), Eugenia caryophyllata (thumb), Areca catechu(Linn), Syzigium aromaticum, Myristica fragrans are also used. In addition, ingredients of other sacred pills are combined with the above valuable ingredients, thereby producing this special medicine.

The effect of this pill is to pacify the 404 main ailments caused by disorders of blood, mKhris-pa, Bad-kan and rLung. It heals chronic wounds, reduces swelling in the throat, helps to treat old and hidden ailments, various fevers and oral and rectal bleeding. It can be used as an effective remedy against food, metal and chemical poisoning and the effects of environmental pollution. A healthy person can take this pill as a general tonic.

(Precious Purified Moon Crystal)
Rinchen Tso-tru Dashel is made up of some 50 different ingredients formulated according to the methods developed by the renowned fifteen century Tibetan scholar and physician, Surkhar Nyam-Nyi Dorjee. Some of the ingredients in this pill are gold, silver, copper, brass, and bronze, which are purified of their toxics before being mixed with other herbal ingredinets such as Gynachum forresti (schitr), Saussurea lappa (clarke), Commiphora mukul (Engl.) Strychonos nux-vomica (linn), Myristica fragrans (Houtt) and Eugenia caryophyllata (thumb).
This precious pill is an antidote. It purifies and assists in the circulation of the blood, combats water retention in the body, heals stomach ulcers and liver diseases, relieves severe pains and ailments caused by sudden changes in diet and climate, treats chest infections, including persistent coughing with blood and phlegm discharge, as well as breathing problems. It helps restore one's appetite and physical strength after chronic illness as well as restoring such as hair growth, teeth and nails. RINCHEN JUMAR-25
(Precious Coral-25)
This Precious pill is made from twenty five different ingredients. These include coral, pearl and Lapis lazuli which are cleansed of their toxins, saffron, nutmeg, crocus sativus Linn, Saxifraga pasumensis marg, and Terminalia chebula retz. This pill was first formulated by the ancient physician Shasandhara Lakhsmi who himself used the medicine to save his life.
This pill is beneficial for severe headaches, brain disorders, fainting spells and seizures. The cool nature of the coral combats fevers caused by toxins, neuritis and chronic ailments. This pill is effective for all nerve disorders such as stiffness and loss of body movement, and damage to the memory.
It is also good to take this pill occasionally, by healthy persons, as a preventive measure against nerve disorders.
INSTRUCTIONS
Before going to bed, crush the pill into a cup and add it to a small amount of hot boiled water. Then, cover the cup with a clean cloth and leave it to stand overnight. In the early morning stir the mixture in the cup with the ring finger and then drink the contents. Follow this by drinking a cup of hot water. Before taking the medicine it would be beneficial to repeat the mantra of the medicine Buddha

Having done this, return to bed and wrap yourself with several layers of blankets to deep your body warm.

YU-NYING-25
(Precious Old Turquoise-25)
This precious pill consists of 25 ingredients. It is prepared mainly from old turquoise, coral and pearls, which are purified of their toxic contents. Other constituents include purified iron filings, Asphaltum, Crocus sativus Linn, the three myrobalans without seeds, two types of sandal wood, Eugenia caryophyllata (thumb), Saxicus marg and Adhatoda vasica.
This pill is an antidote and is beneficial in treating all kinds of liver ailments with symptoms like enlargement of liver, liver pain, weak digestion, weight loss, pressure on the upper part of the body, thirst, stiffness of neck, headache, nose bleeding, dysentery, blood shot eyes, pain under the armpits, and loss of appetite. It is particularly against problems caused by over consumption of alcohol and various kinds of poisoning.

CHAKRIL CHENMO
(The great Iron pill)
The great Iron Pill consists of about forty different ingredients. These include purified iron fillings, three myrobalans without seeds, Kashmiri saffron, Saxifraga pasumensis marg, purified magnetic stone, adhatoda vasica, red sandal wood, Meconopsis species, costus rCTAs, Indian valerian and asphaltum.
This pill is beneficial for all kinds of eye complaints. These include conjunctivitis, cataracts, an inability to tolerate light (photo phobia), blood shot eyes, corneal opacity, weakened optic nerves, general irritation, unnatural growth and postulates in the eye, infected discharge, inflammation of the lachrymal gland, lacrimation, dryness of the eyes, and involuntary blinking, It can also be used generally to keep the vessels of the eyes fresh and healthy. It is effective in treating eye ailments caused by food poisoning, proliferation of impure blood in the liver and spleen, and stomach ulcers. Healthy person can take this pill as a preventive measure against eye diseases.

MUTIG 25-PRECIOUS PEARL 25
According to ancient Tibetan texts-"Action and indications are tranquilizing and regaining conciousness. Mainly used for treating stroke, facial paralysis, uncoinsciousness and delerious mania"- excerpt from a package leaflet from the Tibetan Traditional Medicine Pharmaceutical Factory Lhasa (July 2000).The initial prescription for this drug was recorded in the Four Tantra, a monumental Tibetan medical work in the 8th Century. According to the principles of Tibetan traditional medicine using the natural and precious Tibetan medicine herbs which could only be grown up on the roof of the world, a particular ecological environment, furthermore, combined the modern scientific methods with the traditional technological process, eventually the new drug is manufactured superfine. Practicing in clinic for more than 1000 years, it has been proved that this drug has significant effects on  hypertension, stroke neuralgia, palpitation in the historic data of the Tibetan medicine.
